Charlie Hauser
My background includes significant, hands-on experience in the fitness and recreation industries. My expertise includes all facets of starting and building a business. I have helped build, renovate, and operate various related facilities. I am currently engaged as the Senior Operations Advisor of one of the world’s largest global gym brands with more than 220 locations in 17 countries.
Charlie has been involved in the fitness industry since 1976 and have personally operated clubs in San Bernardino, CA, Monterey, CA, and Wilmington NC. Now owns the Shasta Athletic Club in Redding, CA, a 30,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose fitness facility with over 4500 members.

Kim Dennis
Kim Z. Dennis is Chairman and Managing Director of World Events Sports Marketing, Inc. World Events is a privately held firm with a diverse and innovative portfolio of business enterprises, sports events and media relationships.
In 1998, Kim launched World Events Sports Marketing Inc. which changed its sports philosophy strategic direction and moved into consulting and contracting on national events with established national brands. The company negotiated direct contracts with the NCAA Final Four Hoop City, Bracket Town Project, NFL Flag Youth Football program and numerous NBA teams directly like the Houston Rockets, the former Seattle Sonics and the Portland Trailblazers.
World Events companies past business portfolio includes charities, colleges, and corporate clients specifically, New York City World Police and Fireman Games, the Pac 10 conference Nike and Allstate. World Events continues to be and national leader in the grassroots sporting event business.
Kim was an All-Conference player at Chico State University and played professional basketball in Australia and France. Kim also ran the Sacramento Kings NBA Summer League.
In 2005 Kim partnered with the Bay Area real estate group, Jordan Real Estate and Trust and acquired Basketball Town - a 50,000 square foot athletic facility in Rancho Cordova, CA.
Dan Wollman
Dan has worked in the outdoor court building, facility flooring and equipment business, and sports event industry for over 45 years. Thirty-five of those years he was part-owner, general manager, director of commercial sales, and Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for Sport Court International/Connor Sport Court International. During that time, Dan was responsible for development of the US and International distribution network, product development, business training, marketing and promotion.
Sport Court is recognized today as the industry leader. Dan also spent 7 years in similar roles as Vice President of Sales with a start-up competing company, called SnapSports – currently the #2 company in the court and modular flooring business.
Dan is recognized for the development of innovative sports flooring products, concepts, and relationship building within the sports world at all levels including pro-leagues, national and international governing bodies, as well as companies and events. Many sports and organizations have been impacted in a positive way by Dan’s product developments, and “All Under One Roof” tournament concepts in volleyball, basketball, futsal and other sports. Dan is currently CEO of SportsPros International, LLC developing and executing major basketball and futsal events in convention centers throughout the US along with consulting on mega-facility development focused on attracting the youth sports travel event business.
Dan was a four-sport athlete in high school and three-sport athlete in college receiving many athletic and academic honors at both levels. He has also served as an assistant and head coach at the high school and college levels prior to his sports business career.
Judi Ketcik
Judi has built her 25-year professional career as a communication strategist and social responsibility expert with a wealth of experience creating some of the most successful cause-driven campaigns for major corporations and leading nonprofit clients.
At C4B, Judi spearheads a number of highly successful and award-winning initiatives spanning global health, inclusion, the environment, early education and social justice. Combining entertainment, media and public relations strategies, C4B’s social action efforts consistently bring about high impact, increased revenue, measurable change and growth.
Judi’s work at Change for Balance is an expansion of her work as a partner at CK&D, a cause marketing and media company. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Communications at the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), the leading charity in Hollywood. She worked with an array of corporate donors and led the management team that launched several successful national campaigns, including Stand Up to Cancer, the first-ever, all-network roadblock fundraising campaign. Before relocating to Los Angeles, Judi was the lead account executive for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Chicago, a global children’s nonprofit, and held senior positions at two of the world’s largest PR agencies.
Judi is a talented writer and avid reader. She has written several travel articles that were published in “Travel My Way,” a travel magazine that was distributed exclusively in the New York Times and is currently working on a children’s book series.
Jennifer Ciminillo
Jennifer’s career, which has spanned more than two decades, started in the local newspaper industry as she helped pioneer design and creative innovations in print publications. Years later, she transitioned print content to the digital platform, building out record-breaking subscription marketing.
Her recent contributions to the Penske Media brand SheKnows, include building unique animated digital publications such as the Mother’s Day Issue featuring Holly Robinson Peete.
Her work as Creative Director at TelevisionWeek broke ground with her B2B Emmy red carpet and backstage coverage, creating a must-stop hub for agents and industry executives. She also created an annual award event at the Sundance Film Festival for The Hollywood Reporter named for Geoffrey Gilmore, the former Director of the Sundance Film Festival.
While at Tribune Publishing where she was the VP of Creative Services, she created award-winning omni-channel national campaigns and helped double the company’s digital subscription numbers year-over-year for more than three years.
She is well-versed at creating and rebranding high-profile companies. She worked with Fox Cable Networks to rebrand Fox Networks Group with the “Brands with Fans” campaign. She was also an integral part of bringing World Gym into the current generation, creating an edgy brand that resonates with Gen Y.
Jennifer is an inspiring, innovative leader of creative teams in television, digital acquisition and consumer and B2B marketing. She is adept at brand storytelling, strategic operations, design-based solutions and championing brands with experience in entertainment, media, sports and fitness industries.

David Haas
David brings more than 20 years of sports marketing management experience to the table. He has produced numerous high-profile national and international events to help his global consumer products clients extend their marketing programs.
He worked with Streetball Partners International and the NBA on the Hoop It Up 3-on-3 basketball tournament in North America and in Europe for more than six years. David worked with clients such as Foot Locker, Nike, Spalding and Southwest Airlines to ensure their consumer marketing goals were met. For Major League Baseball, David helped build its nationwide Yard Ball event, including its premiere at the Major League Baseball All-Star Game. He also worked with MLB International to extend baseball’s reach internationally. Leveraging the growth of a new sports medium, David activated Sony’s first consumer technology entry into NASCAR. While at Streetball, David ran the NCAA’s Hoop City production around its Final Four event. He took that experience to Clear Channel Entertainment’s CMI, where he produced the NCAA Beyond the Game tour Presented by CBS Sports for Pontiac, Coca Cola, and Cingular/AT&T Wireless.
At Mobile Media Enterprises, David produced numerous consumer-facing events for flagship client AT&T and was a member of the leadership team managing P&L, HR, external staffing and corporate functions. He also worked side-by-side with the head of creative and led business development efforts. Today, he is the face of a boutique consulting business that offers clients best practice advice and execution.
Along with a business partner, David bootstrapped a boutique, experiential marketing consultancy focused on offering big agency experience and know-how with a lean, nimble, entrepreneurial spirit.
David’s uncanny production acumen, overall keen knowledge and understanding of marketing goals, and how to reach them through both grass roots and high-profile events have led to measurable successes on every level. David earned an Executive M.B.A. from Georgia State University in 2014.
